Lamway Human Resources was created with the aim to satisfy the continuously increasing demands concerning the selection and staffing of hotels with experienced and low budget personnel.

We are cooperating with Tourism schools of Greece and abroad as well as with specialized human resources agents and we can fill in job positions under the following two program types: «Internship» and «Regular Employment».

We recruit individuals matching the specified needs of each job position and according to the search criteria that the management of the hotel has set.

We collect and filter all CVs that match the prerequisites that the employer has set.

We inform the prospective employees about the working and accommodation conditions.

We collect all the necessary supporting documentation of the employees releasing the employer from this obligation.

We undertake the transfer and arrival of the employee from the country of origin to the working area.

We offer the option of replacement of the employee (in case of a serious reason) without any financial obligation.

We evaluate the employees during their employment at the working area.

We advertise free of charge the hotel to all European Union countries throughout the year.
