    Position Title: RECEPTIONIST
    Position Code: RCP
    Position Summary:
    The ideal candidate is expected to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests through a pleasant, friendly and personalized level of service. He/She will be responsible for the reservations, the operation of the telephone centre, the check-in and check-out procedures and the payment of guest checks.

    Position Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office position in 4-5 stars hotels. Age up to 35 years old. Excellent command of English language, knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable. Literacy of computer, Internet and hotel software.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Handles check-in and check-out procedures of guests and ensures their pleasant stay.
    • Receives, controls, inputs and stores all guest reservations of the hotel.
    • Resolves outstanding guest account balances.
    • Handles guest complaints and ensures their resolution.
    • Informs all relevant departments for any damages and missing items at the rooms.
    • Prepares the housekeeping plan for the housekeeping department.


    Position Title: COOK Β’
    Position Code: KTC
    Position Summary:
    The ideal candidate is expected to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests through a pleasant, friendly and personalized level of service. He/She will be responsible for the preparation and the production of food items, the quality control and the application of health and safety measures.

    Position Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a position of Cook B’ in 4-5 stars hotels. Age up to 33 years old. Good command of English language.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Ensures the production of the buffet menu or the a la carte menu with a focus to the maximization of quality.
    • Guides the kitchen staff to the correct preparation of food and to an excellent presentation that there must be.
    • Handles food items by always following health and sanitary measures.
    • Controls the condition of all food items that are being used and ensures that all products are maintained in an excellent condition.
    • Receives all requested items from external suppliers.
    • Ensures the excellent condition of freezing units and storage areas as well as of all items that are stored within.


    Position Title: WAITER
    Position Code: SRV
    Position Summary:
    The ideal candidate is expected to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of hotel guests through a pleasant, friendly and personalized level of service. He/She will be responsible for the set-up of the restaurant/bar for service, order handling and guest service.

    Position Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant/bar position in 4-5 stars hotels. Age up to 33 years old. Excellent command of English language, knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable. Computer literacy is also desirable.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Prepares restaurant and bar area according to the predefined hotel set-up.
    • Handles and delivers all guest orders according to the predefined service standards.
    • Ensures the correct and punctual preparation of the buffet, maintains its initial appearance during service, refills and clears up.
    • Receives room-service orders and delivers to the rooms.
    • Ensures the refilling of all f&b items after the end of the service.
    • Has an excellent knowledge of the restaurant and bar cards and suggests to the guests different options.
    • Ensures that the area of his/her responsibility is maintained clean and tidy.
    • Ensures that the guests requests are being satisfied throughout the service period.
