Then, we plan specific marketing strategies that we have to follow in order to direct us in a complete frame of actions.
Analysis of the product, the location, the market and identification of the most suitable market sections for the hotel.
Planning of sales promotion of the hotel in international and local market sections.
Planning of advertising policy.
Design of hotel internet site or re-design if this is necessary.
Analytical examination of possible entrance of the hotel in any of the international marketing consortiums.
Organized promotion of sales of the hotel through internet sales channels.
Definition of room types of the hotel.
Determination of room rates according to the period and the market.
Contracting of allotment or/and guarantee contracts with Tour Operators and on-request agreements with other travel agencies or companies.
Sales promotion of the food and beverage department with the organization of events, banquets, wedding, conferences, etc. wherever and whenever this is possible and without influencing the quality level of operation of the hotel.
Examination of the possibility to attract outside guests with intention to revenue from the A la Carte restaurants and bars.
