The CEO of the company is Mr. Dimosthenis Leontis, a hotel industry professional with great love, knowledge and experience in the tourism market.He offers to the affiliate hotels his personal care and diligence, in collaboration with the professionals that manage the departments of marketing and sales, human resources etc. of Lamway Hotel Management Group.
The team of Lamway Hotel Management Group shapes the suitable concept in order to promote the personality and style of each hotel with basic evaluation criterion, the increase of sales.
We determine the operating mode for each hotel department and each job position, by planning from the start all the functions or by following the process of re-engineering if needed. We gradually form a wide network of sales promotion and the overall advertising strategy, after having analyzed in- depth the local market and all advantages of each hotel.
Furthermore, evaluation, selection and personalized training of the personnel of our hotels, creates the indispensable conditions for the provision of high quality services.
